LD Transform is an independent strategic advisory and operating partner supporting investors, international companies, executives and entrepreneurs across African markets.

Based in Cameroon, we bring particular depth in Francophone Africa and extensive operating experience in Central Africa—complemented by executive roles held in Anglophone Africa, from Botswana across Southern African markets and in Tanzania.

We work in English and French, on the ground and at board level.

Leadership

Led by Loïc Descamps

LD Transform is led by Loïc Descamps, former CEO, COO and Deputy CEO, with more than 30 years of professional experience and over 20 years in leadership roles across Africa and Europe.

He has led growth, transformation and turnaround assignments in telecommunications, banking, financial inclusion, energy access, services, distribution and technology—working with boards, investors, regulators and management teams.

He is personally involved in every engagement.

Geographic Reach

LD Transform supports assignments across African markets, depending on the nature of the mandate and the local capabilities required.

Our strongest on-the-ground depth is in Cameroon and Central Africa, complemented by extensive familiarity with Francophone African business environments and executive experience across several African regions.

Advisory, diagnostic and executive support assignments can be conducted remotely across the continent. Assignments requiring sustained field presence are conducted directly where we operate, and delivered with relevant local expertise elsewhere.
